A 100% nationally sourced product, made from lambs raised in Spain, using natural ingredients and slow-cooked for 8 hours, the result is a deliciously tender texture.
Preparation recommendation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes. Then place the lamb shoulder on a baking tray and heat for approximately 10 minutes.
