Beef rib slow-cooked for 9 hours. Due to the nature of the cut, it has a very juicy, tender texture and an intense yet refined flavour.
Preparation recommendation
Preheat the oven to 250ºC for 10 minutes. Then place the beef rack in the oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
